Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) announced today that it would sign a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with Living PlanIT, an urban technology company that enables intelligent sustainable urban development and operations.

The possible collaboration between the two companies is aimed at bringing more better solutions to world markets and would build upon the two companies’ technologies and similar vision for their customers, along with a sharing of skills, capabilities, technologies, and solutions between the two companies.

Hewlett-Packard Co. (NYSE:HPQ)

HP today unveiled last Thursday its “HP LaserJet Pays You Back” marketing plan that touts its products’ resource efficiency. The plan illustrates the significant cost that are possible when a client uses an HP Color LaserJet Multifunction Printer (MFP).

The company claims savings of up to $2,500 in less than one year are possible with the new program. According to the company’s website, “Over time, the printer pays for itself through money saved and then continues to pay customers back through energy, paper and toner savings.”

Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC)

Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC) unveiled the debut of The Creators Project Friday in New York as a first-ever multimedia festival.

Not unlike the World Expo in Shanghai, China, The Creators Project is an all-day cultural extravaganza where thousands of fans flocked to the scene. The event featured some of the world’s leading artists in music, art, film, design and architecture.
